Kolette I am just in the beginning stages of reading your blog. I was so struck by the quote below. may a use it on my blog? I know your husband’s name is jason, but was that his or someone’s elses ? Would want to give credit to the right person.

How great that you have a blog now I’m a BPS ‘Art of Choosing Joy’ alumni and so excited that you’ve started a blog. Yeah!

Your words ring so true and is exactly what managed to get me out of a bout of depression last year. When I just started thinking about all those things that I could be grateful for, everything slowly started turning around, but thinking gratefully is also something you have to practice and maintain.

So with that, I’m off to listen to a couple of your voice messages from class for a little pick-me-up and start to a better day, need to get out of survival mode
